Refund Policy

1. Returns

You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Exclusions

Opened or used products may not be eligible for refund. Exceptions may apply in line with Australian Consumer Law.
